Service Delivery Policy

Effective from 22 October 2026.

Payroll by Briltus is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped.

• Activation: a paid plan is activated immediately after successful online payment, or within one working day after a bank transfer or UPI payment is confirmed.
• Invoice: a GST invoice is available in Plan & Billing as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Access: the Service is used in a web browser at our website, using the sign-in details created during sign-up. No installation is needed.
• Support: if your plan is not activated within the times above, write to info@briltus.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
